Family-run adult residential care · Inland Empire
When you're ready to step back, we're two licensed administrators who purchase care homes directly from owners like you — and keep them running the way you built them. Your residents stay. Your staff stay. And no one hears a word until you say so.
15 minutes. No obligation. Nothing shared with anyone.
Who we are
We're Naomi Yim and Kevin Dobson. We hold administrator certifications, we operate licensed homes, and we run a medical transportation company serving this same community. The Inland Empire is home — for us and for our residents.
So we know what your license binder weighs. We know the 2 a.m. phone calls, the staffing puzzles, the CCLD visits, the years of never really being off duty. And we know the question that keeps owners running long past the point of exhaustion: if not me, then who takes care of them?
That question is why we buy homes the way we do.

Our commitment
To every owner who sits down with us —
Your home is not a listing. It's the place your residents call home, and the work of years of your life. Wanting to retire doesn't mean abandoning them — not if the home passes to the right hands. When we purchase a home, our commitment is written into the deal itself:
Your residents stay in their home.
Your staff keep their jobs.
The transition is quiet, respectful, and on your timeline.
No brokers. No commissions. No pressure. And complete confidentiality — your staff, your competitors, and your residents' families hear nothing until you decide it's time.

Licensed Administrators & Operators
How it works
1
Fifteen minutes, owner to operator. You tell us about your home; we tell you honestly whether we're the right buyer. Half the owners we speak with aren't ready for a year or more — and we stay in touch until they are.
2
We come see the home and meet you. No clipboards, no suits, no announcement to your staff — just operators walking a home with the person who built it.
3
Based on your census, your rates, and the work you've put in — and explained line by line so it makes sense. Take it to your family, your accountant, whoever you trust. Then decide on your schedule.
What owners ask us first
No. Not your staff, not other operators, not the families. Every conversation is confidential from the first call through closing — and you decide when and how your people hear the news, with us standing next to you if you want.
They stay home. Same rooms, same routines, same caregivers. A licensed administrator oversees the transition so care never skips a day, and the change most residents notice is a new face learning their names.
Yes — the best transitions start a year or more before the sale. A quiet conversation now costs nothing, and when the time comes you'll be talking with people who already know your home.
From the real numbers: your census, your rates, your home's condition and history. We put the offer in writing and walk you through every line of it. If it's not right for you, we part as neighbors — no fees, no strings.
We hire administrators to run homes like they own them — with a path to overseeing several.
